Agreement/Terms of Service Agreement are waived with respect to any harms
suffered or liabilities incurred as a result of any research activities

Communications
- Wild
Smoke Shop Merchant notifications; notification service that may provide,
but not limited to items such as online ordering notifications, direct
customer communication, verification codes, and information links.
- You
can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the
short code/toll free number. After you send the SMS message
“STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that
you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS
messages from us. If you want to join again you may reply START to the
same number you unsubscribed from.

are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
